The Hyampom Rod & Gun Club offers the sporting public a place to shoot trap. The club has two trap facilities for events. The club holds shoots during the spring, summer and fall months. Most are one day events, however a big two day event is held in August each year. A lot of shooters come out for this event and the club has some dry camping spots on the grounds.


Some of the shooters get ready to shoot birds. Most of the shoots are held to help others, the picture at the left was held to raise money for the Hayfork Elementary School 8th grade class)(picture right) earn money for their trip to the bay area.
